M&G Investments taps Emmanuel Deblanc from Allianz GI for CIO

M&G Investments has hired Emmanuel Deblanc as Chief Investment Officer for its private markets business. Deblanc, who has over 25 years of experience in the industry, joins M&G from Allianz Global Investors where he served as Head of Private Markets. In his new role, Deblanc will report to CEO Joseph Pinto and will be responsible for leading M&G’s private markets team. He will focus on high-value add solutions that meet the needs of clients, with a particular emphasis on European assets. M&G’s private markets business invests in a range of assets including private equity, infrastructure, and real estate.
