Bangalore-based warehouse automation solutions provider Accio Robotics has raised $1.8 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The round saw participation from a mix of new and existing investors, including BIG Capital, Unisync Angels, Daniel Fitzgerald, Roots Ventures, and Anuj Bihani. Accio Robotics was founded in 2019 by Pranav Srinivasan and Tuhin Sharma with the aim of transforming how businesses manage order picking in their warehouses. The startup offers two products: AccioPick Pilot, an assisted order picking offering, and AccioOS, a solution to analyze, assign, and integrate processes. The funds will be used to reinforce the technology and product team, establish channels for international growth, and enable more robot deployments. Accio Robotics plans to officially launch and showcase its products globally in February 2024 and expand into global markets.
