Zuper is a Seattle-based field operations software startup that has recently raised $32 million in a Series B funding round. The investment was led by FUSE, a venture capital firm based in Bellevue, Washington. This is the same firm that led Zuper’s Series A funding round in 2021. Prime Venture Partners, another previous backer, also invested in the new round, along with new partners Kin Ventures, Peak XV Partners, and Zendesk. Sequoia Capital India and HubSpot Ventures were amongst early investors.

Founded in 2018, Zuper provides a smart field service management platform that enables organizations to streamline their field operations. The company serves a broad range of industries including residential and commercial cleaning, HVAC, electrical, internet service providers, property maintenance, plumbing, and landscaping.

Zuper is led by CEO Anand Subbaraj, a former Microsoft leader who joined in 2020. The company currently employs a workforce of 180 people and operates offices in both Seattle and India. With this new round of funding, Zuper’s total funding to date now amounts to $46.1 million. The fresh capital will likely support the company’s further growth and development in the field service management space.
