Magic Feedback: Empowering everyone with user feedback—€1.2M raised!

Danish AI startup Magic Feedback has raised €1.2 million in a pre-seed investment round. The funding was led by Maki VC and included backing from Geeta Schmidt, former CEO and Co-founder of Humio. Magic Feedback has developed a platform that consolidates user feedback in one place and uses AI to analyse it. The platform automatically organises and categorises feedback, making it easier for product teams to make sense of the data and make informed decisions. Magic Feedback officially launched its platform in September and has already onboarded industry-leading customers.
